Simpozionul este organizat de Asociaţia „Pentru viitor” din Râmnicu Vâlcea în parteneriat cu Biblioteca Judeţeană „Antim Ivireanul” Vâlcea, Inspectoratul Şcolar Judeţean Vâlcea şi Casa Corpului Didactic Vâlcea
ca activitate de sustenabilitate în urma derulării proiectului „Practică transnaţională inovativă pentru profesorii mentori/Innovative Transnational Practices for Mentor Teachers”, TIP_MT, finanţat prin Programul Sectorial Leonardo da Vinci cu numărul de referinţă LLP-LdV/VETPRO/2013/RO/175.

Second edition, September 8, 2015
Mentors, faculty, and staff are invited to present at this year's Innovative Practices in Mentorship Symposium. The deadline for proposal submissions is Friday, September 04, 2015.
Presentation topics can include but are not limited to professionalism, diversity, leadership, motivation, time management, and marketing mentoring skills. While these subjects are a priority, we encourage you to submit any original ideas you may have for presentation topics at this first edition of the symposium.
The Innovative Practices in Mentorship International Symposium represents a follow-up activity of the Leonardo da Vinci project „Practică transnaţională inovativă pentru profesorii mentori/Innovative Transnational Practices for Mentor Teachers”, no. LLP-LdV/VETPRO/2013/RO/175.

About the Symposium
The Innovative Practices in Mentorship International Symposium is a one-day activity for teachers who work as mentors in various capacities. This event allows for mentoring programs from around the Europe, around the world to come together in an effort of personal and professional development. Mentors, peer mentors, program staff, and faculty will enhance their skills and increase their understanding of strategic methods to mentor the newly qualified teachers, the new employed teachers.
